Thanks for doing this. I will definitely be there! I’ve seen midnight releases for books and DVDs and video games. I’ve worked a dozen for movies this year alone. I haven’t seen it done for comics though. Maybe I missed one somewhere but I am really looking forward to my first midnight release of my favorite medium so thanks again.

Definitely interested to be able to jump on board with a character such as Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Superman, and Batman. Since I’m newer to being a continous reader I like the idea of starting fresh instead of having to catch up.

Marvel has announced an issue #12 for FF stating, “It’s not over” but it’s difficult to say that #600 would just be a one-shot. I hadn’t considered that but I wouldn’t think so since it’s their flagship title. Guess we’ll find out when the December solicits hit in the middle of September.

If I was forced to come up with a complaint about Hickman’s run, and I would have to be forced, it’s that it moves a little too slowly. That and I had pretty much no clue what was going on in some parts of that inhumane two parter because I am completely unfamiliar with those characters. Still though I think it will be pretty cool for him to have two monthlies to speed up his storytelling a bit. Is it definitely going to be two monthlies though? Any chance this Fantastic Four #600 is an anniversary one shot kind of deal?
